Services: 

PolishPro Shop provides professional auto detailing services intended to improve the appearance of vehicles. We do not provide mechanical or body repair services. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.

Appointments and Cancellations: 

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

Pricing and Payments: 

All prices are subject to change and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements. Final pricing may be determined after inspection. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Zelle and Venmo.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage:

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, faded paint, cracked trim, or worn upholstery. PolishPro Shop is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Personal Belongings:

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicles prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we may address your concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of PolishPro Shop and may not be used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability:
